Log into your Temu account and navigate to "My Orders" from your profile menu.
Find and click on the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
On the order details page, click the "Return/Refund" or "Request Return" button.
Choose which items to return and select a reason from the dropdown menu (wrong item, defective, not as described, etc.).
For defective or damaged items, upload clear photos showing the issue.
