Navigate to Temu.com in your browser or open the Temu mobile app on your device.
Click the account icon and log in using your email, phone number, or social media credentials.
On the website, click your profile icon and select "My Orders". In the app, tap the menu and select "My Orders".

Bookmark the "My Orders" page for quick access. You can also enable push notifications to get alerts about order updates.
Browse through your complete list of current and past orders, sorted by date (newest first).
Filter by status (All, Pending, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled) or use the search box to find specific orders.
Access and download PDF invoices for any order. Useful for expense tracking, returns, and record-keeping.
Quickly reorder items you've purchased before with a single click. Great for repeat purchases.
Click on any active order to view detailed tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
Start a return or refund request directly from your order history for delivered items.
Use the search function to find specific orders by item name, order number, or date range.

Temu order history typically goes back indefinitely, showing all orders since you created your account. However, very old orders (2+ years) may be archived and require contacting support to access.
Yes, you can download individual order invoices as PDFs from each order detail page. For a complete history export, you may need to contact Temu customer support with your request.
Orders may be missing if you're logged into a different account, the order was placed as a guest, or there's a temporary sync issue. Check your email for order confirmations to verify the correct account.
Open the order from your history, find the item you want to reorder, and click the "Buy Again" or "Reorder" button. This adds the item to your cart with current pricing.
You cannot permanently delete orders from your history as they're part of your account record. However, you can archive or hide completed orders in some cases through account settings.
