Navigate to Temu.com in your web browser or open the Temu mobile app on your device.
On the website, click the account/profile icon in the top right corner. In the app, tap "You" or the menu icon.
Select how you want to log in: email, phone number, Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Type your email/phone and password. For social login, authorize access when prompted.
Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone if prompted.

Add an extra layer of security to your Temu account with two-factor authentication. You'll need both your password and a code from your phone to sign in.
You can sign in to Temu using: (1) Email address and password, (2) Phone number and password, (3) Google account, (4) Facebook account, (5) Apple ID (on iOS devices). Choose the method you used when creating your account.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password". Enter your email or phone number, receive a verification code, enter the code, then create a new password. The code is usually valid for 10-15 minutes.
Check your spam/junk folder, verify you entered the correct email/phone number, wait 1-2 minutes (codes can be delayed), try requesting a new code, or try the alternative method (email if you used phone, or vice versa). If issues persist, contact Temu support.
Yes, you can log out of one account and sign in with another. However, you can only be logged into one account at a time. To switch accounts, go to Settings → Account → Log Out, then sign in with different credentials.
