Understanding what to expect in the first 24-72 hours after placing your order:
You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Status shows as "Pending".
Time: Within 1-2 minutes
Temu verifies your payment method and charges your account. Still "Pending".
Time: 5-30 minutes
Status changes to "Processing". You may receive a second confirmation email.
Time: 30 minutes - 2 hours after order
Your items are being located, picked, and packed. Still shows "Processing".

You have a limited window to make changes to your order. Here's what you can do:
Go to Temu.com or open the app and sign in
Find the recently placed order
Open the order details page
If available, click it and confirm cancellation
You'll get an email confirming the cancellation and refund

The "Cancel Order" button disappears once the order ships. For processing orders, cancellation may not always be available. Act quickly!
Changing Shipping Address:
Contact Temu support immediately (within 1-2 hours of ordering). Address changes are only possible if the order hasn't entered late processing.

Not possible once order is placed. You must cancel the entire order and place a new one.
